Defying the impossible
is built character and strength

And never expecting anything
from anyone

Allowed discontent to
brew in places that didn’t
expect the blow

Resilient in the midst
of it all

Underestimated at every
juncture–

But hailed and triumphed
at every story

Finding inner strength
despite all is the best
gift one can have–

Laughing at those
who thought they
were fooling you

But in reality
they were fooling
themselves

When taught to
survive, it teaches
you know all the tricks
that is being played

Silence is brilliance
and can never
destroy what is
is brewed

Smiling and laughing
it all

One should not
expect a reward
when you were
not there to support,
encourage, assist nor
give guidance

Stay in your position
of sullenness and ample
of distress

While one basks in
the glory of success

Planting seeds at
night, while many
were sleeping and
wishing discontent

Others were nurturing
and feeding the ground
with proper nutrients
for the spouting for
next the harvest

Life is like a chess
game, learn how
to play it accordingly,
because many are
subjected to think
life is a checkers board–

Unfortunately, you’ve
been misled, manipulated
and persuaded to think otherwise–

One has been to battles and wars
too many times, so applying finesse
to what is applicable is conducive
to one’s achievement-

Continue to lead in your lane,
and stay off my lane; we have
to different paths of success–

Just like the Eagles don’t together,
and birds do stay refreshed and
and enjoy the comforts of disillusionment

Pheonix’s always rise, so
may one stay poisoned
in the spirits of disempowerment
