It was a confirmation,
and it only took activation
to move forward
Signals left one assured
that nothing good
would come from the present

Candid and firm
from the wise
Silent love
gave the loudest
noise
Don’t entertain
just smile away
Evil is lurking
by while looking for
a new victim
Forewarned
and given stern
advisement
that misery
and tears
will anchor
one’s disappointment
Lies and deception
were covered by
the lusciousness
of seduction
Steamboat lulled
leads to the exit
and don’t get
tempted to
stay for all the
false promises
Heartbroken,
tears and abandonment
will seize the moment
So, don’t lead a fray
and continue moving
in the path of least
resistance
Continue in the
path of longevity
where true love
will bond and fill you
with honey and milk
Stubbornness, confidence,
pride and conviction
never failed, but it always
worked in one’s favor
So, thank you for
the alerting one of
the horizon and let
those who don’t hold
a chance go–
Forgive yourself, and
everyone
for the sake of one’s
peace and karma
A quick caress is
not worth the headache,
but a long treasured
love is worth the wait–
