premises
As one
gathers

Encouraging
the beauty

Reminding

go easy on
oneself–
Because the
fact that one
taking accountability
and responsibility
Is the reassurance
that healing is
taking form and
shape and glowing at the same time
Spiritually awakening
while in the darkness
And learning the
nuances that
elevates and
protecting oneself
is prudent
For self-awareness
and transforming
in the midst of
transcendence
Enjoying the
inner voice
that has been
activated and
silent for a long
time
Expressing the
values and support
that validates
the inner knowing
Engaging in
self-care
Reconnecting
with self and
healing with
the power
of no
That goes
for any
relationship
or partnership
that are not
aligned with
the growth
and elevation
Signifying the
attraction and
subtraction
