After a couple of
Hail Mary’s and
prayers to the divine

Washing off the
residue of yesterday’
pain

Whiskey might do,
even rum might
be better

Every second left
alone was is
one minute saying
goodbye

A lifetime of
forevers has
reached its peak

Absolving it
all

Renewing the
vibrancy of
peeling back
what no longer
serves me

It might
be an emotional
rollercoaster

But it worth
the cycle of life

Learning and
enjoying the
experience

Believing that
happiness is
around the corner

As the season
has brought
enough heartache,
tears and farewells

What a journey of
countless lessons

All one can do
is savor the moment
and embrace the
impact

Believing in miracles
and affirming the
revelations of
spiritual awakening

Smiling with the
glow of releasing
forgiveness, love
and the metamorphosis
of a soulful journey

Thanks for the beauty
of the embrace and
release of something
new and intriguing

Allowing the depths
of celebration take
courage of knowing
all will bring one to
nirvana–
