an introspective healing

The more it
is done

the better
and masterful
someone
achieves
something

Taking a
leap of chance
with the
glance
of
hope

A gesture
takes a lot
of effort

But it is
worth
the chance

Nothing more
brilliant of
greatness
in saying yes

Opening new
doors with
the
possibilities
of engaging
with softness

Realizing the
effort and
getting in
the rhythm
of getting
out ones’
comfort
zone

Just like
trying new
dessert
and realizing
one may
found there
new love

Healing is
restoring
to ones
mind, body and soul

And feeling
exceptionally
great about
the new version
of me

And not recognizing
the old photos
that doesn’t
represent the
new

And completely
fine that one
outgrew so
many things
that are not
aligned with
the renewed,
invigorating
and loving
version–
Amongst
other adjectives
that one has
not listed–

Thank you
for embracing
the new and
saying goodbye
to the old–
