Dancing in Joy’s Rhythm

There is a rhythm deep in the earth,

Do not fear its song; do not resist its pull,
let your feet follow where joy leads,
let your heart sway in the music of healing,
for it is a melody written for your soul

Love’s arms will catch you as you leap,
and even in the moments of falling,
you will find the grace to rise again,
dancing always in the rhythm of joy,
of healing, of love, of life becoming whole—
