The Embrace of Fear

I stood at the edge, where shadows lie,
where the night whispers of all the unknowns,
fear curled around my feet like vines,
telling me to turn back, to be safe, to be small

But I gazed into the dark, felt its weight,
and instead of shrinking, I opened my arms,
I invited the tremble, the uncertainty, the doubt,
for in the heart of fear lies freedom

To embrace it is to dance with the wild,
to become one with the chaos and the calm,
for only in stepping into the shadows,
do we find the light that has always burned within—
