The clock strikes, the veil lifts,
time whispers her secrets in fleeting drifts
a new year unfurls like a sacred scroll,
inviting the weary of making themselves whole
Pause, dear soul, in this fleeting now,
feel the breath upon your brow
each inhale, a hymn to life’s grace,
each exhale, a letting go, a sacred space
Mind, the architect of dreams untold,
a garden of thoughts, let the weeds unfold
pluck them gently, with tender care,
make room for wisdom to linger there
Body, the temple, the earth-bound flame,
honor its rhythm, its sacred name
feel the strength in each stride you take,
a vessel of power, a force awake
Soul, the whisper of ancient skies,
a constellation where eternity lies
seek its glow in the quiet night,
let it guide you with celestial light
Spirit, the bridge between worlds unseen,
a river flowing, both pure and serene
drink deeply, let its waters heal,
a source is eternal, a truth revealed
What is life if not this embrace
of present moments, of sacred space?
if health is lost, the world grows dim,
no triumph matters; no victory wins
So greet the year with open arms,
a heart unguarded, free from alarms
be mindful, be still, let introspection bloom,
in the quiet corners of your inner room
For here lies the treasure, the holy key,
to live, to love, to simply be
and as the new dawn’s light takes flight,
you are the sacred, the mystic, the light–
