Let’s not sugarcoat it—
Love is not always sweet.
Sometimes it’s gluten-free, unsalted,
and served with a side of “We need to talk.”
Support?
It’s not just hugs and herbal tea.
It’s someone texting,
“Girl. That’s not growth. That’s avoidance dressed in incense.”
Whew.
Healing burns hotter than your palo santo.
And communication—
Oh, that brave and terrifying thing.
You think you’re ready for honesty
until someone lovingly calls out
your seventh “It’s fine.”
(When it’s very much not fine.)
Real talk?
Love is a spiritual workout.
No yoga mat required,
but flexibility? Essential.
Because the truth will bend you.
Break you.
And build you back better
with stretch marks made of wisdom.
Support isn’t just showing up—
it’s staying when things get weird,
awkward,
and someone’s inner child throws a tantrum
right in your living room
next to the vision board.
We don’t do “toxic positivity” over here.
Nope.
We do “Can I hold space for your breakdown AND your brilliance?”
We do “I love you, but your communication style needs therapy and snacks.”
We do truth, with turmeric.
Love is sacred.
Support is strategy.
Honest communication is a spiritual flex.
And humor?
Oh honey, that’s holy.
Because sometimes,
the only thing between you and a breakdown
is a good laugh
and someone reminding you
that crying on the floor in last night’s clothes
is still progress.
So here’s to the messy healers,
the truth-speakers,
the love-givers with boundaries
and the friends who text,
“You’re being dramatic. Let’s unpack it.”
Here’s to you—
raw, radiant, and rising.
You don’t need to be perfect to be powerful.
You just need to be present.
And maybe hydrated.
And maybe done with your situationship.
(Just sayin’.)
Keep showing up.
Keep speaking up.
Keep laughing through the lessons.
Healing is hard.
But you?
You’re hilarious.
And holy.
And doing the damn thing.
Majestically.
Always.
